Cantonese-style barbecued meat dishes is the most renowned delicacy of Cantonese cuisine. It is made by roasting pork, beef, duck or goose with seasonings at high temperature. At Mister Lai, we're bringing the slow cooked BBQ meat glazed in honey and served with special hoisin sauce.

SOUP
Noodles are an essential ingredient and staple in Chinese cuisine. Chinese noodles vary widely according to the region of production, ingredients, shape or width, and manner of preparation. They are an important part of most regional cuisines within China. Mister Lai will bring another version of this delicacy to the coastal city.
